Your legal cancellation rights
If you are a consumer purchasing online, you generally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.
After telling us that you wish to cancel, you generally have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Condition of returned products
Products should be returned in their original condition where reasonably possible, with their original packaging and accessories.
You may handle goods as reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functionality. However, you may be responsible for any reduction in the value of goods resulting from handling beyond what is reasonably necessary.
For hygiene or safety reasons, certain products may be subject to specific return restrictions where permitted by law.
Return postage
Unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise does not conform to the contract, the customer may be responsible for the direct cost of returning an unwanted item.
If a product is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us before returning it so that we can provide instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive the returned product, we will process any applicable refund in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Where required, refunds will include the cost of standard delivery originally paid by the customer. Additional delivery costs for an upgraded delivery option may not be refundable.
Refunds will normally be made using the original payment method.
Faulty or damaged products
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Knife and sharp products
Knives and other bladed products must be handled safely.
Where a knife or bladed product is subject to age restrictions or other legal requirements, the customer must satisfy all applicable verification requirements.
We cannot accept or fulfil an order where doing so would breach applicable law.
Exchanges
We do not guarantee exchanges. Where an exchange is requested, we may instead process a return and refund and allow a new order to be placed.
International returns
International customers may be responsible for return postage and any applicable customs or import costs where permitted by law.
Nothing in this policy removes any mandatory consumer rights applicable in the customer’s country.
