We reserve the right to discontinue products or change product specifications where necessary.

After placing an order, you will normally receive an order confirmation by email. This does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where, for example:

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, you will receive an appropriate refund.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
Payment must be successfully received before an order is processed.
Payments are processed using the payment methods made available through our Shopify store.
5. Delivery
We offer international delivery where available.
Delivery times vary depending on the product, destination, fulfilment location and shipping method selected.
Any delivery estimate shown on our website or at checkout is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date, unless expressly stated otherwise.
International deliveries may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, weather, strikes and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address.
6. International orders, customs and import charges
If you order from outside the UK, your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT or other charges imposed by the destination country.

You are responsible for ensuring that products ordered from The Cook’s Arsenal are permitted to be imported into your country.

7. Kitchen knives and bladed products
Some products sold through The Cook’s Arsenal contain blades or sharp edges.

Where applicable, knife orders may require age and/or identity verification.
We will not knowingly sell or supply bladed products where doing so would breach applicable law.
Customers must not purchase products on behalf of someone who is legally prohibited from purchasing or possessing them.
Knives and other sharp products should be handled carefully and used only for their intended purpose.
The Cook’s Arsenal is not responsible for injuries resulting from misuse, improper handling or use of a product contrary to its intended purpose, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

10. Faulty or incorrect products

Please provide your order number and details of the problem. Photographs may be requested where appropriate to help us investigate the issue.
Your statutory rights in relation to faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods are not affected by these Terms & Conditions.

Unless otherwise stated, the content of this website, including text, graphics, logos, photographs and other materials, belongs to or is licensed to The Cook’s Arsenal.
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute or commercially exploit our website content without permission, except where permitted by law.
